Over the years I have been asked many photography related questions by clients and friends.  We love to help others learn the craft, but often the questions come while we are shooting a session or wedding and that’s not always the best time for us to help others.  So with that said, I have decided to offer a Basics of Photography Workshop!  Here is the information.

Date: 1/24/2015 (Snow Date 1/31/2015)

Time: 9:00am - 1:00pm (with a few breaks throughout)

Location: 145 Vly Rd, Schenectady (Colonie), NY.

The class will be held inside the Bridal News Offices in the Shaker Pine Plaza

Description

Do you own a Digital SLR camera and often use it in auto mode because you don’t fully understand what everything means or are too scared to try?  Then this class is for you!  The objective of this class to help you better understand your camera and learn more about what we consider to be the four more important aspects of photography; white balance, shutter speed, aperture, and ISO.

What you need to bring

• First and foremost, you will need Digital SLR camera. We are going to do some basic hands on work in the class. If you're not sure if your camera is right for the class, feel free to email me at keith@khitlinphoto.com and I can help.  
• Please be sure to bring a notepad and pen to take some notes.  There will be lots of good information given out and you don’t want to miss out!
• Light refreshments will be served to keep your blood sugar up.

Fine Print

There are no refunds unless the class in cancelled by the instructor.  If bad weather causes the workshop to be rescheduled, the new date will be January 31, 2015 starting at 9:00am. Please be sure you are available for both dates since there is no refund. Your registered seat is non-transferable.  We must have a minimum of 10 seats filled to run the class.  If the minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled and your registration fee will be refunded.
